Conveniently located right next to Mt Lawley and Bedford the room is fully furnished with single leather bed, lamp, desk, leather chair and generous built in wardrobe (Pillow, Bed linen and towel are provided if required).
You will be sharing with 1 couple and 1 male in their late-20s. We are both professionals so we would prefer someone who enjoys quiet time during the week but enjoys sometimes the occasional chat and a drink on the weekends.
Looking for someone Responsible, Friendly, Quiet and Clean. Who pays bills / rent on time and is happy to share in general cleaning. Possibly around 20 to 35 yo max. No couples.
UNLIMITED Wireless ADSL2+ Internet (15$ Per Month)
Cost of Bills, Household and bathroom cleaning items are shared.
(Gas+Electricity are approx. $28 monthly)
We don't mind smokers as long as you do it outside.
Minimum Stay is 2 months and at least Two weeks of notice before you leave.
Security Bond is $330 plus 2 Weeks of rent in advance.
